Design Stages
1. INITIAL MEETING
Each projects starts with a no-charge initial meeting at your property. This is an opportunity to discuss the project in detail and take the brief.
During this meeting we will learn about your property, its existing layout and discuss what you want to achieve.
We will also learn about your personality: your individual style, taste, lifestyle and aspirations – the necessary elements that will help us create a scheme that is a true reflection of you.
Initial budget, timescale and scope of work are discussed then followed up by our detailed fee and structure proposal.
2. CONCEPT DESIGN
Based on your brief we create an initial concept scheme for approval.

At this stage we will create draft room layouts, any proposed structural modifications, followed by furniture layout plans and elevations.
​
Concept boards, guide on style, colours, textures, finishes, lighting and furniture design are also included at this stage.

3. DETAILED DESIGN
Once all the elements in the concept design are agreed, the project moves to the detailed design and specification stage.
Every aspect of the scheme is ready for your final approval, this includes furniture, fittings, surfaces, upholstery, lighting and soft furnishings.
Measured plans and final detailed drawings are produced.
Art and antiques are sourced to match the scheme.

4.PROCUREMENT
Once the detailed design is signed off and the budget for each individual element is agreed, we can take over the whole procurement process.
